The fees are far too high. You are limited to CHF 1000 per 24 hours. The payout costs 1% of the amount with a discount code (!), i.e. over 10 CHF, and then it takes 3 days for the money to arrive. I am very disappointed.
Unfortunately, there is no reputable provider from Switzerland who would offer this at a lower price. 1% are very common even among international providers.
Furthermore, large international providers such as Binance constantly have problems with regulation and therefore payouts there are sometimes not possible at all. That would be the absolute worst case!
Personally, I therefore prefer Swiss Made.
briefly on my positive experience:
1. the head office of the company is in Switzerland = for me more trustworthy than locations in Eastern Europe where many start-up banks are located.

I invested 1000 euros in Bitcoins with a Sandra Schüler-Kaiser at Expert Trading Options (Telegram Group), behind which stands the dubious company Torex Wealth, as I of course only found out afterwards. After 3 days, the profit was 15000 euros, which makes your head spin a bit. But you couldn't cash it out until you had paid the 20% commission fee in advance. But fortunately I didn't do that. Unfortunately, there are still many dubious projects and providers in the crypto sector. If they are based abroad, the authorities can hardly get to them, or only for far too long.

Hello Daniel, yes, it works like this: In the Relai app, click on the plus button (bottom centre) and select "Sell". You can then enter your IBAN etc. and make the payment. Note the limits of e.g. a maximum of CHF 1,000 per day. Best regards 🙂

Relai's offer is a good thing, but "... is the fastest way to access Bitcoin, according to their own information." is not true in my opinion. The "PocketApp" (also made in Switzerland) is a much simpler method and avoids the diversions via an app → the purchased Bitcoin ends up directly in the hardware wallet 🙂

Good question. Usually you encounter more 12 word seed phrases. But 9 words are already enormously hard to hack, especially compared to what we usually do/save/secure on our devices.

Have tried relai app times. Have after some transactions the feeling that they always offer you the sats at the absolute daily maximum prices. So, strictly speaking, the costs of a very bad course are added to the fee. The whole thing I find really intransparent and is so actually not recommended. Or am I wrong?

I have checked this and compared the rate in Relai in parallel with the rate on Finanzen.ch where it is updated every second. Have observed that it is updated in Relai in the purchase field not as often as in the comparison portal. Partly the rate was better and partly worse (5-6Eur which corresponds to the current rate of about 30,000Eur about 0.00016%).
Definitely the fees at Relai are too high for my taste to buy high amounts. For the first entry certainly top, but who is longer there should anyway deeper into the subject and also seek about a secure storage solution / wallet.
I like to use Bitcoin Suisse, also Coinbase (review coming soon - check blog!) 🙂 LG

the fees are really not the cheapest. But the simplicity of access to Bitcoin. Especially at the beginning it can be very complex for newcomers to deal with a ledger and all the issues. To get some skin in the game, you can confidently with Relai. And who has then liked, we will certainly deal with alternatives in the long term.
