We only process personal data if this is permitted by law or if you have given your consent. You can visit our website without providing any personal data.

3. hosting & server logs

Our hosting provider automatically collects technical data (server log files) each time the website is accessed, including IP address, browser, time and page accessed. This data is required for stable operation and is not used for identification purposes.

5. services with data transmission to third parties

The following services - with the exception of the cookie-free signals in accordance with section 4 - are only activated after you have given your consent via the cookie banner. No further data transmission takes place without consent.

Google Analytics (GA4)

Statistical analysis of website usage. Google processes pseudonymous usage data with IP anonymisation. If consent is not given, only anonymised, cookie-free pings without personal reference are sent (see section 4). Provider: Google Ireland Ltd, Ireland. Data may be transferred to the USA (EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework).

Google Fonts

If not integrated locally, fonts are loaded from Google servers, whereby your IP address is transmitted. Provider: Google Ireland Ltd, Ireland.

6 Embedded tools and calculators

We offer various financial calculators and interactive tools on our website. Some of these are operated directly on schwiizerfranke.com, others are provided via the tools.schwiizerfranke.com subdomain and embedded in our pages. Occasionally, tools from ericmarschall.com are integrated. In all cases, the data protection provisions of this declaration apply. The consent given or refused via the cookie banner also applies to embedded content.

7th Newsletter

We use Kit (formerly ConvertKit) to send our «Wealth Letter». Your e-mail address and, if applicable, your first name will be processed. Registration takes place via double opt-in, you can unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link. Provider: Kit Inc (formerly ConvertKit LLC), USA. If you leave a comment, we will save your message, your name, your e-mail address and the IP address to prevent misuse. Your e-mail address will not be published.
